Amazing Surgeon
My experience with Dr. Climov was outstanding. I underwent a BBL, Lipo 360 with J-Plasma, and a breast lift. From the beginning, Dr. Climov was honest and transparent about my expectations. He explained that there was a possibility of loose skin after liposuction, especially since I was not ready to undergo a tummy tuck at the time. I decided to move forward with the procedure, understanding the risks. I am now 2 weeks post-op, and I am thrilled to say that I have not experienced

Very Happy with the Experience and Results
Working with Dr. Climov has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. As someone who wanted to feel informed, comfortable, and confident in every step of the process, I deeply appreciated how attentive and thorough he was during my consultation. He carefully explained every option—implant placement, size, material, recovery—and helped me understand the nuances without ever making me feel pressured. Beyond his expertise, what truly stood out was how cared for

Exceptional Surgeon! Highly Recommend to Friends and Family! He Truly Cares About His Patients!
After breastfeeding three children, my small but pirky breasts were completely different ruined. I had lost volume, they had sagged significantly, and I honestly didn't feel sexy and comfortable in my own body anymore. I was shy to get naked in front of my husband. For years, I dreamed of getting my "ballerina breasts" back. I wanted to feel feminine, proportional, and elegant without looking overdone. I have researched plastic surgeons in Houston for over a year. I met with

Amazing Results
I couldn't be happier with my tummy tuck results! From the initial consultation to my final follow-up appointment, the entire experience was professional, supportive, and life-changing. My surgeon and their team made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. The recovery process was exactly as explained, and the care I received was top-notch. My results have exceeded my expectations—my stomach is flatter, tighter, and I feel more confident than I have in years.

Sculptra Treatment Was a Painless Success
I first met Dr. Climov in 2023 to try Sculptra for the first time as I did not want to try filler just yet. Not only did he educate me on the use of Sculptra but how it would be great for a candidate like myself wanting a little more rejuvenation to the face without the use of filler. Dr. Climov made me feel extremely comfortable and the process was painless as well as the recovery. So much so that I returned 2 years later to repeat the process. I highly recommend Dr. Climov and

First Class Eyebrow Procedure
In Feb 2025 Dr. Climov performed an eyebrow lift on me and I could not be happier! I can now see my eyelids again, everything is symmetrical and Climov was great at explaining the procedure and healing process throughout. I went back in June 2025 for a touchup (my choice) and the entire process was just as great.
