Cervical dysplasia and LEEP procedure - Will this affect my suitability for a BBL?

So I recently found out I have CiN2 dysplasia. Also called cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia 2. I will be having a leep procedure done that will remove the abnormal cells from my cervix Will this affect me being able to get my bbl surgery ?? Should I not get my bbl surgery because of this ??
