I'm 49, had a facelift and lipo on joels and neck. 3 months after, same fatty pocket on jolws. Doctor do not acknowledge. Another lipo? Facelift revision?

Dear mila,These two partial face photos allow limited analysis, nevertheless; Aim of facelift is to achieve heart shaped face (reverse triangle) as in youth. This is harder to achieve in heavy faces compared to thin faces and more through surgery can be needed. Extended deep plane has potential to give you better jawline and achieve a less square more V shaped chin and neck area.If you decide to have a necklift please also know loosing some weight before revision will yield better results since it gives the surgeon more space to remove redundant skin and looking slimmer and less heavy in lower face because general fat liposuction from face is not possible ( buccal fatpad removal combination is a good idea in your case)

Posted 2 photos are slightly helpful, but better in person or virtual consult. I think a redo mini face/neck lift with aggressive SMAS plication and directed superficial small cannula lipo to jowls is the course. Expect fees in the $8,000 ranges. Again best to virtual consult with...
