First off I am sorry for how you feel about everything. Reversing the effects of surgery can be challenging, but there are steps that can be taken to help restore balance and bring you closer to your previous appearance. I suggest bringing a photo of your original self to a consultation with a skilled surgeon. This will allow you to discuss your goals and explore options to achieve the results you desire.

I would recommend dissolving all of the filler that has been injected. This would be followed by a facelift, necklift and structural fat grafting into the cheeks and lips. I would find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I always tell prospective patients to look at the plastic surgeon's training (ideally a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society). In addition, examine before/after photos on social media platforms. I would also look at Google or RealSelf reviews. This will help you get a comprehensive understanding of your provider.

Without the full story; your age, your prior surgeries, your prior injectable treatments, the type of facelift you had, the amounts and locations of fat injected, it is virtually impossible to give any accurate advice. Even with that information, it will be difficult since the face is a very dynamic structure that changes with muscle movement and facial expression.
