I had a facelift approximately 6 months ago, and apparently my surgeon wanted something different than I did, but this wasn't communicated to me. He gave me very full cheekbones, which now look fake. I get that some people find this isn't beautiful but as the patient/client, he didn't respect what I wanted (which was not this). Is there a way the "full cheek" facelift can be fixed? No picture, but think of Courtney Cox recent pictures.
