Can this unevenness after face, neck, brow & lip lift be fixed? (Photos)

Those lumps are probably from fat transfer. If they haven’t resolve at one years time I would remove the fat from the inside of the lower lip.

I am not quite sure what is happening in the corners of the mouth. It appears that the fat graft was not deposited in a uniform distribution. Without being in the surgery / performing a physical exam, this is a challenging thing to evaluate with photos alone. I would find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I always tell prospective patients to look at the plastic surgeon's training (ideally a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society). In addition, examine before/after photos on social media platforms. I would also look at Google or RealSelf reviews. This will help you get a comprehensive understanding of your provider.
