I am planning to downsize my breast implants a small amount - 150cc. I have had them for 2 years. I have consulted with a few doctors and one suggested that a 2 stage procedure would be ideal - implant removal followed by 3 weeks with no implants in to allow skin to retract, then 2nd surgery to place new implants. I don't want to have 2 surgeries if its not necessary but I do want the best result so I'm unsure whether I should go this route / if it will really make a difference. I'm late 20s.
