6 months post-op - Can correction be done with local anesthetic?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Without photos, I cannot say for sure, but I suspect that small difference can be treated under local anesthesia. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Without posting any photos no one could possibly respond in good faith. Best to either post or in person/virtual consult with... It is very doubtful local anesthesia correction sounds possible.

Small amounts of excess tissue can be removed with wedge excisions of both skin and underlying tissue at the fold beneath the breast. If saline implants were utilized, one may increase the volume of the smaller breast to some degree. In many cases, this can be accomplished under local anesthesia. However, one must remember that breasts are like "sisters", not "twins". Perfect symmetry is not attainable.
