Had BL w BA along with TT. I discussed with my PS sizing, and requested one implant bigger to compensate for a size of difference I had. She said it wasn’t necessary, and she would correct the asymmetry during surgery by removing a little bit more tissue from the bigger breast. The bigger breast, is now bigger than the other one except with implants. I noticed a little bit of fat near the anchor incisions, can this be corrected with local anesthetic? 6mo p/o.

I do not recommend stretching your breast tissue to accommodate a G cup. Bowling balls on chests are not pretty nor soft. Your tissue will be too thin to support such heavy weight and you will sag. A lift would work well with you and with implants that fit your frame and tissue.
