Hello! I am 27 5’4 and 150lbs, currently a 36B (I think) and I am getting a lift with implants in less than 2 weeks! I tried on sizes and seemed to like the 250cc BUT because my breasts are oddly shaped/sagging it was so hard to tell what it would look like. Should I go for a 250cc or the 300 to achieve better results?
Answer: Size I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing sizes again. You will need to decide how large you wish to be. Both sizes will work well for you. When wearing the sizers, remember, removing the excess skin will make you a little smaller. If you like the 250 cc sizer, then consider 275 or 300 cc's.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are low on the chest wall and you will need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes.
