What's wrong with my implant? It is completely off compared to the other after 6 months.

405cc, under muscle Will be 6 mths 8/3. However 1 breast is completely off compared to my other. Before surgery, my nipples were not uneven. I am waiting it out until my visit 8/3. Any advice meanwhile?

There is asymmetry in position of your areolas, one being normal, the other too high. You should discuss this issue with your surgeon in order to achieve better symmetry. Good luck.

Hello!
One breast looks soft and settled, the other higher and tighter. It's best to see your plastic surgeon. It seems that your breasts may have been somewhat asymmetrical before surgery? It is also possible the right breast implant has some capsular contracture, whereas the opposite breast has softer scar around the implant. There are techniques to help address capsular contracture, if that is the issue.
This does not seem to be an emergency and can wait until next week. You are certainly welcome to contact your surgeon to see if you can get in sooner.

There is no need to wait. Nothing will change, specifically regarding your nipple areolar complex position relative to one another. Your implants are similar positions on your chest wall, so they are not to blame for the substantial difference. This appears to be an issue with the lift portion of the surgery and it will need another operation to improve symmetry.

There appears to be disparate distances from the top of the breast bone to the nipples and disparate distances from nipples to the fold beneath the breasts. You appear to be a potential candidate for revisional mastopexy. 15% of cosmetic surgeries can be improved with a secondary touch up procedure.Discuss this issue with your plastic surgeon.Best wishes...
