I am. 40 years female, i had breast augmentation 10 years ago and it is fine. Suddenly my blood test shows i have hoshimoto disease with hypothyrodism. Cam i still do face filler, botox liposuction and bbl? Thanks alot

Once thyroid levels are stable with supplements and you have clearance from your endocrinologist. You should be fine to have cosmetic surgery.
For fillers and Botox, your provider may not be as selective but for surgical procedures you definitely need to have your thyroid levels corrected and be stable.

I know you would like a definitive answer you your question, but unfortunately, the answer is maybe. It's often possible to do so, but first you will need to make sure your thyroid issue is well-controlled. Even when your thyroid is doing well, Hashimoto’s can slow your healing and increase the risk of an allergic reaction to fillers and Botox. A plastic surgeon will likely be willing to perform a BBL or provide you with Botox and fillers, but only if and when your endocrinologist gives you the all clear.
