it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. As long as your medical conditions are under controlled, you should be able to get elective procedures. You will also need to get a clearance from your cardiologist. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Having had a silent heart attack is not the same as “ Not having a cardiac history”
Your previous episode is considered a risk factor and that’s why plastic surgeons are not willing to take your money.If it wasn’t a concern, then they would be doing your procedure.
To find a provider willing to do your procedure with cardiac clearance I suggest first getting a letter of clearance by a cardiologist, preferably with a good explanation of your history and an explanation of why you are at low risk from the cardiac perspective.
Bring that letter of clearance with you to each in person consultations with providers in your community.
You can then discuss your medical history with each provider during your consultation.
