I am 30 years old. Really interested in making my stomach flat again after kids. Im just conscious of the big scar left after abdominoplasty. Would you recommend abdominoplasty or BBL as my goal is to get curves. I was assessed by a plastic surgeon and he said I have abdominal separation and that my skin may sag if he does BBL.

The best option for you, especially if you have completed your family, is an abdominoplasty/tummy tuck as well as a BBL, to get a flat stomach as well as to have the curves you are looking for. This can be done in two sessions , getting the liposuction and BBL done first and coming back in a few weeks or months and getting a tummy tuck. I often do all this in a single session.
