The BBL includes 360 lipo - lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks - which is then injected into your buttocks. The result is a small waistline and great projection and curves. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. My suggestion would be lipo 360 and extended tummy tuck with muscle repair. The extended tummy tuck with help give you the curves that you are looking for as well as prevent dog ears.

A BBL can improve the curves of the buttock and an abdominoplasty can reduce the curve of the abdominal wall. You may be a candidate for a BBL which would include only liposuction of the abdominal wall to harvest the fat to transfer the buttock. Other areas may be included to provide more fat and therefore more change to the buttock. If your abdominal wall has fullness or a curve related to fat alone then liposuction can help improve the appearance and flatten the abdominal wall. If the shape and the curve that you have now is because of loose abdominal wall muscles you would need an abdominoplasty to achieve a flat result. An abdominoplasty is much more involved than liposuction but it also is able to treat all three layers of the abdominal wall that give the appearance of roundness including the muscles, fat and skin.
