Hello. I am thinking about surgery soon. my breast size is 32b 5.8 tall and 137lbs. I want to have full natural look. not small and not to big but more towards fullness. I want them to be closer is space between boobs to wide? I dont know. uploading pics current and desired. Please advice

Of course the best way is to measure your chest, review photos with you and have you try on the implant sizers here in the office, but my best guess based on your stats and pics is 400-450cc, HP silicone gel implants, under the muscle, through a crease or nipple incision.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. Based on your photos, 300-350cc range size implant moderate plus projection will likely give you a nice full cleavage that you desire.
I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Although, many doctors could guess what size you could use, the best and most efficient way for your to find the correct size is to go see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area and have them measure you. This will give you a realistic number. Good luck to you on your search for a doctor.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume needed to achieve your desired goal. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

I appreciate your concern, because size does matter when seeking a natural looking result in breast augmentation. 
I ask my patients to bring in photos of breasts the size they desire, because there can otherwise be confusion because B or C cup can vary greatly by brassiere manufactures! I also utilize the implant in the bra technique, with several different implant sizes with a tighter fitting T-shirt to get an idea of what you will look like. Finally, I prefer to meet with my breast implant patients at least twice before surgery, so I am confident that I know exactly what her desires regarding shape and size are. I then have several sized implants in the patient's desired range available in the OR to allow me to tailor the operation to fit her needs.
 Be certain your surgeon understands your desires and you should do great as this operation carries a very high satisfaction rate. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

You have a great starting figure and breast shape. Implants generally come in one of 3 profiles, low, medium and high. The lower profile are wider and flatter (think pancake) and the high are more narrow and tall (think beach ball) It is unlikely your breasts can touch in the middle without a bra or bikini if implants are placed under the muscle which is what most of us do. If you choose implants tat are too wide they will wrinkle on the side and look unnatural. My guess is 450cc to 525cc in a moderate or high profile will be the right range for you. Good luck!

Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend seeing additional board certified plastic surgeons to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations.
