Breast augmentation scar rash, 2 years post-op. What should I do?

Today while I showered I felt my scar bumpy for the first time ever since my breast augmentation 27 months ago. My left incision seems to be developing these same rash, and it's only on my incision on both sides. Lately I've been having pain on my left breast as well, and found out I have fibroadenomas on both sides. But here are pictures of incisions. I'm worried what should I do?

Good morning,
It could be a yeast infection or other topical skin infection and maybe its focused on your scars because the blood supply is never quite the same in a scar- if it doesn't resolve then your best bet is to see your PS or a dermatologist.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You appear to be developing some hypertrophic scarring which is treatable. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
