Brest lift between two pregnancies? (Photo)

Question

I've had breast implants for 13 yrs, now need to remove them, as one is broken. I don't want new ones but am unsure weather to remove them or also have a lift at the same time. I had 1 pregnancy 3 yrs ago and it's changed my breasts a lot, it was the pregnancy that's ruined them not the breastfeeding. I want to have 2nd kid. Will a 2nd pregnancy change the breast again at all since all the milk ducts are already developed? When should I have the lift-I prefer to only have 1 surgery

With pregnancy there is engorgement of the breast secondary to milk duct development, but there is also some increase in the breast size due to weight gain. All of these contribute to the breasts settling and becoming photic. . As it happened with your first pregnancy, it is likely to happen with your second pregnancy and therefore my recommendation would be to have your second child and then consider having a breast lift done at that point so that your results hold up better.

If you're planning a second pregnancy, it's recommended to wait until after you've completed all your pregnancies before having a breast lift. Pregnancy and breastfeeding can cause further changes to your breast shape, and you want to ensure the results from your breast lift are long-lasting. If you breastfeed, it is important to then wait at least 6 months until you have completed breastfeeding. Additionally, if you plan on removing your implants, it’s wise to wait until after the second pregnancy to avoid needing multiple surgeries. 
You could choose to remove the broken implant now, and then schedule the lift after your second pregnancy. This would minimize the number of procedures and help maintain the best results. As breast changes can vary with each pregnancy, it’s important to consult with a plastic surgeon who can tailor a plan for your specific needs and timeline.

If you prefer to only have one surgery then the answer is simple. You should have the implants removed with a breast lift after your second/last pregnancy. This way the is no chance of dramatic change with pregnancy or breast feeding. A lift is also necessary because the breast will be deflatied and will have more ptosis if implants are removed without a lift.

From the pictures it appears that you will need a breast lift once your implants are removed , I do understand that you do not want to replace the implants so you might need an element of auto augmentation at the same time to maintain some volume although on the long run it won't give you as much upper pole fullness as an implant.That being said , with every pregnancy you will have breast changes by virtue of hormonal fluctuations and if you plan on breast feeding your baby I would recommend that you hold off until you are done with pregnancies before proceeding with surgery especially if you wish to only have one surgery.I hope this helps, best of luck!

It appears you would benefit from a breast lift. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

If you're removing your implants and want to improve the shape, combining a breast lift with the removal is a good option. A lift addresses sagging and reshapes the breasts, especially after pregnancy changes.
While your milk ducts are developed, a second pregnancy could still change your breasts, though likely less dramatically than the first. If you're planning a second child, it's usually best to wait for the lift until after you're done breastfeeding, to avoid potential changes during pregnancy. However, if you're experiencing discomfort or significant changes now, combining the procedures could improve your shape right away.
