Got botched twice by same doctor. What are my options? (Photo)

I went to an American doctor in Cartagena 3 years ago for first time breast implants and rhinoplasty. Both came out terrible. My breasts were high on my chest and the right implant was off under my armpit when I lifted my arms. After speaking with them I decided to go back and give him a second try to fix it. Right breast hanging off implant even worse now. I’d like to report him to the board. My breasts were symmetrical b cups before. My right side of my nose also looks pinched and collapsed.

Yes, you need a lift, but you should stay behind the muscle. No, do not go bigger for your tissue will probably not support the extra weight. the round fake look is no longer an option for you.

Your lateral pocket on the right side can be tightened so it sits a little more medial. I would suggest not going larger, or very minimally larger, for your tissue may not support the extra weight. If you go larger, you may need an internal bra of mesh.
