BA in Feb and it seems I have a double bubble. Would pocket tightening help? (photos)

This requires revision of the surgery. To create a true plan, I would need to perform at least a virtual consultation. This surgery can be challenging including release of the fascial bands that form the double bubble, possible capsular tightening, and possible placement of an internal bra (Galaflex). I recommend finding a surgeon with 6 years of integrated plastic surgery residency and also a year fellowship accredited by the Aesthetic Society. Best of luck!

There are two causes of double bubble: Lowering the inframammary fold resulting in the implant dropping, and detachment of the pectoral muscle which is done with the dual plane method. The cut muscle can adhere to the capsule resulting in pulling along a crease that looks very similar to the first cause. If you see the crease pull up when you contract your pectoral muscle then it is the second cause, known as animation deformity. This requires muscle re-attachment. If not, then a capsulorrhaphy. Your pocket could be revised and you might need an internal bra of mesh for better support. Do not go larger for your tissue is not supporting the weight of this implant now.l

ıt looks type 1 double bubble view and for correction, I recommend capsulorraphy to fix the problem with tightening the scar tissue and getting only one pocket on lower pole
