Breast lift and implant revision - Help? (Photo)

Question

I had breast lift and implant surgery around 4 years ago now. I am unhappy with the appearance of the right breast. I would also like the implants to be bigger so my cleavage appears better. Hoping to choose a surgeon very soon to proceed with revision surgery. I am a 29 year old girl, non smoker, 55kg weight and height 165cm. What would you recommend?

Bottoming out is common after surgery. The implant goes below the inframammary crease, producing a long lower pole and deflation of the upper pole ending with an empty cleavage area. Almost all the volume of the breast and the implant is in the lower part of your breast. My approach involves re doing the breast lift, stabilizing the implant with the muscle and doing a little fat grafting to enhance the cleavage. To decide the right implant size, we need to take some measurements in a physical consultation. Implant size decision is based on your frame.

Your lateral pocket on the right side can be tightened so it sits a little more medial. I would suggest not going larger, or very minimally larger, for your tissue may not support the extra weight. If you go larger, you may need an internal bra of mesh.
