I had a breast revision capsulectomy 6 months ago and now I feel like my right breast has lost its upper pole and looks “flat” like a pancake. My breasts are at an even height but somehow the right breast has taken a different shape- much flatter and wider at the base. What do you recommend that I do? Have I bottomed out and what would the treatment for that be?

First, tsking photos of your breasts with your arms raised is not very helpful. Second, I suggest choosing a smooth round implant placed behind the muscle for nice coverage. If the round flips, it is of no concern. Plus, the smooth implants have a longer life span and fewer risks.
