Bottom out? What can I do about my breasts? (Photo)

I would recommend a complete breast revision including downsizing the implants, tightening the pocket, adding Galaflex for support and repeating the breast lift.

bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.
Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies.
If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.

In one position, you can see your implants deviate to the side, you have very little cleavage and the pocket is quite large. The implants are quite large as well. You will need the pockets revised with plication inferiorly and laterally.

A breast lift would give you better symmetry and shape. It would help to support the implant in a higher position giving you more upper pole fill.

First, tsking photos of your breasts with your arms raised is not very helpful. Second, I suggest choosing a smooth round implant placed behind the muscle for nice coverage. If the round flips, it is of no concern. Plus, the smooth implants have a longer life span and fewer risks.
