I had a breast lift and aug 11 years ago, since then I had a child. I have capsular contracture in my left breast. IDo I need a lift? I have 350/400 silicone hp. I’d like to upsize to 450. Also how do I prevent capsular contracture?

First, tsking photos of your breasts with your arms raised is not very helpful. Second, I suggest choosing a smooth round implant placed behind the muscle for nice coverage. If the round flips, it is of no concern. Plus, the smooth implants have a longer life span and fewer risks.
You can lose some sensitivity to either nipple with any breast surgery. If it is inverted, it can be released, but you may lose more sensitivity and it may no longer become erect. Please discuss your options with your surgeon.
