I would recommend downsizing the implants, tightening the pocket, placing Galaflex for internal support, and performing a breast lift. Large implants create large problems without adequate support. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in aesthetic breast surgery.

Bottoming out is when the implant sits too low and is evident by an increased nipple to IMF distance. The breast fold can give way and this also causes the incision to rise up and not sit directly in the breast crease. This can be fixed by repositioning or reconstructing the IMF or breast crease.

Your breasts are wider than the chest wall and the implants are bottoming out. You will need an implant exchange for smaller implants as well as plication of the pockets inferiorly and laterally to make the implants sit in a normal position.

Your implants are bottoming out. Your inferior pockets can be tightened to raise the implant. If you want, go with a higher profile or go down in size.

It looks like your implants have bottomed out a bit.
To make quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure with generally need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeons to forward the pictures they took.
Correcting bottom out implants is a fairly complex procedure. Look for plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with the proven track record correcting this complication.
