Eight weeks ago I had a surgery to correct bottoming out and had internal sutures put in to help support my breast implants. I am so bottoming out, and the pain is even worse than it was before because now I feel the pain of the sutures with the bottom out. My surgeon mentioned he could do some external sutures to help support the implant. Would this help or would it make it worse since the internal sutures did not work?
