What is the best way to treat my cortisone atrophy and discoloration? (Photo)

For a long time I suffered with cystic hormonal acne that just appeared on one spot on my jawline. My derm injected a few smaller cysts with cortisone towards the end of September. Over time a dent on my jawline began to appear. It has now been three months. I’ve had 2 saline injections to hasten the healing process of the atrophy and have seen some (but minimal) improvement. Should I wait some more time before getting filler done for the area? What’s the best mode of treatment now?
