I look very overfilled and bizarre right after filler injection, which part should I consider dissolving? (Photos)

I had revofil in forehead, temple, lips, tear trough, cheek and chin I like forehead and temple but I hate my mid face the most, it seems enlongated, takes away the youthful look I used to have I noticed the injector ask me to smile during injection of my cheek, she inject underneath my cheek making my mid face longer and droopy, the fillers last 10 months , now I'm at my 4th month , I look good when I smile, but the problem appear when I don't smile, my cheek seems droopy and sunken

Hi @TooNic3! I recommend starting with 1 syringe per session. Regular Restylane and Belotero work great for the tear trough. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications....

Hi @JackieGRR! I recommend waiting a full two weeks for swelling to subside. If you are unhappy with the results after two weeks, you can dissolve the product with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

This is a filler placement issue.   You can place more filler in the dimple area and on the outside cheek corner and this should help.  You will need to go to an experienced cosmetic surgeon to correct this; otherwise, it can look worse.
