I got princess fillers yesterday in my bottom lip to even it out as it’s always been naturally wonky. I got 0.5ml injected. It looked great but last night it suddenly went very swollen and painful. Have I had some sort of reaction or is this normal? I was drinking tea a lot last night thinking herbal tea would help. Could the heat have just irritated it?

This is not typical after filler treatment. I recommend following up with your injector for an in person evaluation. It would be useful to know if any neuromodulator (Botox, Dysprot, etc) was used around the mouth during your treatment.
This is a filler placement issue. You can place more filler in the dimple area and on the outside cheek corner and this should help. You will need to go to an experienced cosmetic surgeon to correct this; otherwise, it can look worse.
