I'm getting a BBL with arm lipo on the 17th but I'm so scared the skin of my arms will end being wrinkly and saggy. Any honest opinions? Please help! Please excuse my discolored pits :/
Answer: Sagging skin after liposuction You have visible stretch marks on your arms, so you are at risk for sagging after liposuction. It depends on how much fat is removed, so conservative liposuction may not create too much sag, but it also won't provide much fat for BBL or change the appearance of the arm much. Best to talk with your surgeon and get another opinion if you are still concerned.

Answer: Arm lift Your arm skin has striae, suggesting the skin has lost elasticity and will not retract after lipo. I would recommend very conservative liposuction to avoid the appearance of saggy skin after the procedure.

Answer: Skin Problems after Liposuction Without a physical exam it is difficult, if not impossible, to give you an accurate answer. This is because skin elasticity must be assessed in person. I have treated patients like you and have had no problems if elasticity is good. If it is poor, however, you will almost certainly have excess skin. Your surgeon should have discussed this issue with you during your preoperative consultation.

Answer: TERRIFIED my skin won't snap back after arm lipo It's impossible to determine exactly how much your skin will shrink after liposuction. You may consider brachioplasty which will eliminate that possibility. But it will require a larger scar.

Answer: Sagging skin after lipo Thank you so much for this question. I do somewhat disagree with my colleagues who sound like you are definitely going to have a laxity of skin problems. Looking at the pictures that you so kindly provided I don't necessarily feel that you will have this problem. This can really only determined by a direct physical examination. I would advise you to talk to your plastic surgeon about your concern. Do you feel you can trust his/her advice? It is very important that you and your doctor keep and trusting relationship. He/she has done a physical examination and must have an opinion as it regards to skin laxity. There are a number of devices that promise some sort of skin tightening, none of which has proven to be significantly superior to the other. Don't be nervous talk to your doctor. I am sure you will have a great experience. Have a wonderful day greetings from the beautiful island of Jamaica
