I absolutely HATE how my back looks! I've always thought i had the back of a man and it makes me feel so insecure to the point of literally crying. Would liposuction make my upper back match my lower?? I just want it to finally look like a normal back exactly like the second image

Answer: Lipo of back Upper back liposuction can be successful if there is significant fat in that area and the surgeon suctions aggressively. This is not an easy area to suction, and liposuction results are highly surgeon dependent. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE (board certification, education, training, experience, favorable patient reviews) credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year. High definition liposuction is the definitive treatment, and it should ideally include these three important elements: VASER technology, PowerX liposuction cannulas, and Cool Helium Plasma skin tightening. The Cool Helium Plasma is especially effective for areas of skin redundancy that occur sometimes with liposuction. Best of luck!
