I'm 26 years old a mom of 2 kids, I'm doing my procedure in 2 days and I'm 5'7 ft and height and I about 123-125 lbs. My concern is what size is right for me? I'm a 32A and was thinking between 350-375 or even 400cc but I don't want to look too big want it natural look. But I am fit from the gym, any advice?

Answer: Best implant size for thin athletic patient Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.

Answer: Implant size If you wear a 32 and are starting at A cup, a 350 will probably put you between a C and a D. A 400 will be a D or DD. It doesn’t mean it won’t look natural or good, but it will be a fairly large breast. If you are athletic, I would stick closer to 350 ml. After implants, you can always wear a push up to look fuller for a night, but implants don’t compress easily, even in a sports bra, so I don’t recommend going too big.
