crystal.  So sorry you are going through this.  A definite fix cannot be guaranteed, but revision may be possible, however physical exam needed to confirm options, which include micro Liposuction to allow crease to re-attach. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

 Thanks much reaching out. I see what you were talking about on the pictures. This is why I am never too aggressive in the upper thigh posteriorly. The known complication to lose support after aggressive on the writing in this area. There is not a great resolution to this. Perhaps A lift with a scar may fix it.

Hi and thanks for the question and photos. There is a difference between the two sides of your buttocks. One way to fix this is with a buttocks lift with the incision in the crease on the bottom of your buttocks (inferior gluteal crease). Best of Luck - Dr. Hardy...

Hi Crystral.   Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.  Fat transfer isn't likely to be of much help in fixing this.   The best fix for this problem is a "Buttocks Wedge Excision".  This does require s scar in the crease and removing the redundant/droopy skin of this area.   Be sure you consult a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with this procedure.  Good Luck!

The banana roll is a delicate area and works like a pillar holding up a house and the buttocks are the house in this instance. It is not easily fixable.
