I have a hump in my nose as you can see from the pictures which makes my face look ugly.I have a oval face which worsen the condition.I don't have enough money to pay for the rhinoplasty so is there any other method to get rid of it or atleast make it smaller.Thanks for your help.

Answer: Rhinoplasty can make a nice improvement Thank you for your question. By looking at the photographs you provided, you have a dorsal hump and more width to your nose that could be reduced.i would also consider spreader grafts to give you a more aesthetic brow-nasal lines.
