Can the cartilage/bone move when shaking or moving your head?

you for your question. Shaking and moving your head does not make any
effect on the movement of the cartilage. But maybe ; onlay cartilage
can be affected a bit by sudden and fast movements othewise; it
can not be resulted with the movement of the bone or cartilage.
Only a cartilage graft can move but this situation is so rare; there
is no need to be panic for that.

It is very unlikely that the bone or cartilage is moving from shaking your head.  In general, it is advisable to keep sudden movements, or excessive movements, and strenuous exercise to a minimum in the first several weeks after rhinoplasty.  This can contribute to excess swelling and ultimately delay the resolution of swelling.

Sorry for your problem but the best answer would come from your surgeon as he knows what he did and where you are in the healing process.Do Corbin

 It is highly unlikely that anything is moving.   Your surgeon knows best what techniques were used during your procedure so he/she can best advise you.
