How much smaller can a waist become in inches after a BBL?

This is impossible to answer without an exam. You will need the maximum of 5 liters removed from around the waist.  I can usually get at least a 4 inch reduction.  In some, I can get 6 inches or slightly more.   Find the plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials (American Board of Plastic Surgeons certified, education, experience, training) who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.  

The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into.

Greetings. In general, the waist size will decrease. This is variable from person to person. The amount of liposuction performed and the degree of post-operative skin contracture also play a role. The best option would be to discuss this with a plastic surgeon. Good luck!
