In person exam is essential. Based on your photos - you appear to be a good candidate for Rhinoplasty to achieve a more refined, more elegant nose. This can be achieved utilizing a closed technique-without a scar on your columella. Best to seek an experienced Board Certified PS with extensive experience in Rhinoplasty.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on yourphotograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty and dorsal hump reduction. The overall goal would be a more refined and smaller nose which fits in harmony with the rest of your face. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand not just a computer animation system. The most importantaspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seekconsultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluateyou in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
In my opinion, the model's nose is too narrow and overdone. Refinement of your nose can be achieved but some limitations will be because of the thickness of the soft tissue envelope.
No, it is impossible to give you a nose identical to someone else. It is very important to understand what can be accomplished with the cartilage and bone structure on your nose. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be helpful in understanding what can and cannot be accomplished with the procedure. Most operative rhinoplasties give marked improvements but NO surgeon would ever guarantee copied results from another person. Best t seek MANY in person evaluations from board surgeons..
Hello and thank you for your question. It is always difficult to assure someone that they can have someone else's nose. However, from your limited photos it does appear that you may be able to achieve something quite similar to Bella's nose. Your tip can be brought up and nicely refined and the bump can be removed so that your dorsum is nice and straight. I do recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation for an examination. At that time you can get more specific answers to your question. Hope this helps.
From your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty to decrease the bump, bring the nose in a bit, and refine the tip. Then it should blend much nicer with your other good facial features. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation, but a well performed surgery...
I think it's safe to say you are out of the woods!. Infection after rhinoplasty is a very rare complication. I can think of just a handful of infections I've had over the last 30 years of doing rhinoplasty. If you had a closed rhinoplasty versus an open rhinoplasty the chances are even less! ...
Although hard to tell from photos, it looks like your implant is straight. It is possible to have asymmetric swelling remaining at 2 months after rhinoplasty, more likely with a foreign implant such as Goretex. Such swelling would not move the implant. A malpositioned implant is possible. I wo...
