Hello, can anyone tell me if my stomach would look extremely bad if I didn’t get a tummy tuck? I don’t want one at all. I have a little hanging pudge. I’m concerned about how bad the loose skin might look. But I don’t want a tummy tuck or another scar down there. I have had a c section in the past.

You have excess hanging skin already and liposuction would lead to even more significant hanging skin.  The advantage of the the tummy tuck is it will excise your previous c-section scar and place the incision lower.  I would recommend a tummy tuck.

From a photo it is not possible to predict your outcome. A visit to a Plastic Surgeon that can offer skin removal and muscle plication as well as liposuction would be best to determine your options. Your photo shows excess skin in your lower abdomen, this excess will increase after fat removal. The best results are with liposuction and skin removal. Your surgeon can show you patients that look like you and their results to help you understand your options.
