I know that it is really frustrating to not have your final results immediately, but you need to give your body time to heal. Having said that, I would suggest that you check with your surgeon to make certain that your compression garment is fitted correctly. It really helps with the swelling. Otherwise, be patient and kind to yourself. Your body contour will continue to improve over the next several months.

I would certainly return to your plastic surgeon who hopefully is certified by the American Board of plastic surgery.  He needs to assess whether there is actual fluid that has accumulated.  It would appear also that you have excessive skin that may eventually have to be removed in your lower abdomen. 

It is far to early to assess the final surgical result. It is not unusual to have significant abdominal swelling following liposuction, especially if the overlying skin is lax. However, one must observe for the development of a seroma, a fluid collection in the underlying soft tissues. If present, it should be syringe/ needle drained at intervals until it subsides.I would recommend that you visit your surgeon and undergo evaluation. Adequate compression is also important as an ill fitting garment may cause uneven pressure to be exerted upon the tissues, resulting in unevenness in contour. Drains are not usually employed in a liposuction procedure. 
Be patient....It takes months for the swelling to subside and for the result to be observed.
