I want 525 CC mod plus saline implants , wanted to know if it would look okay . 5'3. 184 pounds.

Thanks for your question.  Generally implants of this size result in a substantial increase in breast size, but you would require a consultation to determine whether they are appropriate for your body type.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  525cc is a large implant but you may have enough tissue to support.  I don't think you need a lift, but an in-person examination would help decide that.    The size,
profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast
size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. 
This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with
equal input from both you and your surgeon.

Your breasts appear to be pretty full now. They appear to be a full C/D at this time. They also appear to have a little natural Droop to them which is why a lift was recommended. If you want to have "Huge Breasts" then you will need to have an implant placed. Be aware of the downside though: Back pain, stretching, odd shape, clothes not fitting, etc. If you want to be just a little fuller then a smaller implant may do the job but you will always need to have a little lift performed to correct the drooping. If you have not had kids yet I would recommend waiting and not having implants or a lift at this time as your breasts are pretty full. I hope this has helped.

Thanks for posting.  While larger implants can give some woman a little more "lift," implants that large will not only give you a very large breast (okay if you want DD or more), but will result in pulling and stretching of your breast tissue over time.  This may actually increase the need for lift in the future, especially if you have significant changes in weight (such as pregnancy).  Please see attached web reference. Thank you for your question. "Tissue based planning" relies on your chest and breast measurements and is the safest way to ensure good long term results. Your surgeon should determine what size and projection are necessary to give you your desired result based on your body's measurements. I agree with your view as based upon the 1 posted photo. I would not recommend a lift only the size in cc's you selected.

The selection of implant size is a critical determinant in the appearance of your breasts after augmentation and ultimately your satisfaction with the procedure, and I believe that it should be a central part of your consultation.  Many factors influence the choice of implant:  your desired cup size, the dimension of your chest, the degree to which you want prominence of the upper pole of the breast, and your thoughts about what type of cleavage is attractive, all influence the selection.  Photographs demonstrating your desired result, exercises trying on implants pre-operatively, and the use of sizers intra-operatively are all helpful. Without this information it is difficult to judge what implant will be most appropriate for you.  Similarly, without other views of your breast, it is hard to discern the need for a lift.  Know that inserting a large implant with the hopes of avoiding a lift is always a mistake.  I would strongly encourage you to discuss these matters in much more detail with your selected surgeon.  Make certain that they Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, have considerable experience, and can show lots of examples of their work.  Best of luck!

Thank you for the question.  Based on the single photograph, it is not clear to me whether you are a good candidate for breast augmentation surgery alone or whether you will benefit from some degree of breast lifting as well.  You may wish to submit additional photographs, taken from the frontal and side views, with your arms by your side (this will allow for more accurate assessment and advice).Keep in mind, that if breast lifting is truly indicated (based on your physical examination), then it is likely that you will be disappointed with the results of breast augmentation surgery only ( regardless of your age).
  Ultimately, careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical.
 Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. ***Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “nice and natural” or "C or D cup” or "look ok" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.
