I just want to look natural and proportional. My surgeon recomends natrelle style 20-400cc. Im very worried i wont end up with the look i want, no larger than a full c cup. I also want the gummy bear implants, which i was told the natrelle 20-400ccs are. I am 26 years old, with a breast width diameter of 11.5 and very little breast tissue. I weigh 117 pounds and im 5'6. Ive included the before and after simulator. I just want to get some more opinions and options.
Answer: No larger than a full C cup It is important to use actual implants to try on before picking a size. Photo simulations are helpful but nothing can beat bringing a soft "full c cup" bra to your consultation and taking the time to try on the different implants. In a thinner patient it can take less volume than you think to achieve the results desired. Also it is important to consider the difference between the Style 20 and the newer Inspira line that has slightly less rippling.

Answer: Cohesive gel implants Hello, Natrelle style 20 implants do contain cohesive gel, but the newer Natrelle Inspira implants have more gel fill so in my opinion they feel a little firmer. Your surgeon will be able to discuss the best implant size and type for your body frame.

Answer: Breast Augmentation - Size Selection Thank you for your question. "Tissue based planning" relies on your chest and breast measurements and is the safest way to ensure good long term results. Your surgeon should determine what size and projection are necessary to give you your desired result based on your body's measurements. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic breast surgery. Hope this helps and good luck with your surgery.

Answer: Breast augmentation Thanks for your question. A rule of thumb (very loosely) is that 150-200 cc will increase your size by about one cup. This varies somewhat by the size of the individual--more petite frames increase more greatly with less volume, and the opposite being true for larger frames. If you feel that the simulation gives the desired result and you have placed 400 cc sizers in a bra and still feel that you are achieving the desired size, you are probably good to go. There are now smooth highly cohesive breast implants made by the same manufacturer that makes the style 20 devices. These were released a few months ago. These devices are referred to as 'gummy bears'. The style 20 devices are 'round responsive silicone gel' devices and, while very cohesive, they are slightly different than the "gummy bear" (cohesive) implants. The CRF device in the 'gummy bears' corresponds to the style 20 devices that you are considering. Hope that helps!

Answer: Will the natrelle high profile style 20-400cc look natural on my frame? And does this implant come in gummy highly cohesive gel. Thank you for your question. You should be able to achieve a very nice result from breast augmentation. Your plastic surgeon is recommending high profile implants because with a base width of 11.5 a 400 cc moderate profile would be too large. The desired result you show shows a wider base width than I would expect the high profile implant. You might consider going smaller with a wider based implant for a natural look.
