I liposuction and a fat transfer to my calves. After the surgery, I was in so much pain and I couldn’t walk. The doctor said it’s normal. 4 days in the hospital because I can walk I have swelling calf red + fever, found my blood level is lower, doctor said no infection, he give me recommendations to walk. I am doing all the effort walking + massage + antibiotics but still cannot walk after 8 days still in pain. I need a help, the doctor washed his hands of this. What can I do or any specialist can help me?

Thank you for your question and photo. Some redness or discoloration can be normal early after lipo like within 6 weeks. Anything longer then this you should go see your Plastic Surgeon to discuss.Best Wishes!!!Dr. Jamie Moenster, DO, FACOS, FACS
