Yes you can absolutely use fillers to address your concerns. A micro cannula can be used to put the dermal filler Radiesse all the way up into the fingers. The results will last about a year. Alternatively, you can use you own fat to do the same thing and get much longer lasting results.
Hello and thank you for your question and photo. The good news is, there are many options to enhance the youth of your hands! I would recommend a consultation with a board certified provider. After your consultation, the provider will be best able to give you a treatment plan that will give your hands the rejuvenation that you desire. Using sunscreen daily on back of hands will help prevent sun spots and reduce wrinkles. Our typical recommendations include IPL, skin pen with PRP, euro threads and Radiesse~ this all will be assessed at the consultation. I hope this information helps you and best of luck!
Hands can be improved with fillers very easily, and I love combining this with fraxel laser to tighten and improve texture. Belotero and Radiesse give natural looking results. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in hand rejuvenation to go over the recommended timeline. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for your question. I believe you have several options for improvement including HA dermal fillers and Radiesse. In addition, PRP and Fraxel are good maintenance options.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Dermal fillers can be used for the fingers. They can increase the volume and give more masculinity to those extremities.
Hi and thank you for your question! Filler injection in the hands is done most often fro the back of the hands to reduce the appearance of veins and tendons. For the fingers, due to constant movement and other limitations, I usually do not recommend filler injections as the results can be unpredictable. I hope it helps and good luck!
You can consider Renuva. It is different than traditional HA fillers. You will see immediate improvement like you do with fillers, but over time this product is gradually replaced by your own body fat, for a longer lasting result. See my webiste or a provider near you to learn more.
We often treat patients that suffer from aging hand syndrome with a combination of Radiesse, a dermal filler and laser. The Radiesse is perfect for plumping the hand, providing a more firm, youthful appearance. By then layering away any sun damage and/ or stimulating collagen with laser you will see a beautiful result. The way you care for your hands after treatment is important. You should apply sunscreen / sun protection daily and remember to reapply when you are out for any length of time. Antiaging skin are products can be used too. Anything you are applying to your face can also be used on your hands, simply pump the product out onto the back of your hand first and apply to the face from there, then rub the back of your hands together to spread the residual into your skin. And last, but not least, moisturize!
Radiesse, a filler, has gained the indication for adding volume to the hands and it can be used for the fingers lasting approximately a year. Alternatively platelet-rich plasma (PRP) may also be used but does not last as long when used alone without filler, approximately 3-4 months. PRP is much less expensive.
Definitely you can do a lot of things to rejuvenate the hands. I inject Sculptra and Restylane into the hands with Fraxel laser and the hands will be rejuvenated and fix this problem. Also Thermage tightens the hands a great deal as well. Best, Dr. Green

Thanks for your question and the photos your provided. You need to have redundant, looser skin around joints so you can bend your wrist and move your fingers. Your skin appears within normal limits. Around the age of 30 we stop producing collagen naturally, so at that time I you may consider...
