Yes you can absolutely use fillers to address your concerns. A micro cannula can be used to put the dermal filler Radiesse all the way up into the fingers. The results will last about a year. Alternatively, you can use you own fat to do the same thing and get much longer lasting results.

You can consider Renuva. It is different than traditional HA fillers. You will see immediate improvement like you do with fillers, but over time this product is gradually replaced by your own body fat, for a longer lasting result. See my webiste or a provider near you to learn more.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo. The good news is, there are many options to enhance the youth of your hands!  I would recommend a consultation with a board certified provider.  After your consultation, the provider will be best able to give you a treatment plan that will give your hands the rejuvenation that you desire.
