Fat transfer to shoulders? (Photo)

Wondering if fat transfer is possible to the shoulders? I seem to have a very prominent shoulder bone that sticks out and makes my shoulders look square rather than round and makes me look a lot skinnier than I really am. I'm very self conscious and won't wear anything sleeveless because of this

You are still every swollen.  It will take a few weeks for the swelling to resolve.  Some asymmetry may exist in the meantime.  This is all normal.
