I am getting a breast lift with implants in a few weeks. Ideally, I would like to have the excess fat near my armpits removed during this surgery. Is this a possibility? What do I need to consider/ask my doctor? This is very concerning to me because no amount of exercise will get this fat to go away (really! I am a personal trainer...i've tried everything).
