Excess armpit fat, can I get this removed? Getting a breast lift/augmentation in a few weeks. What are my options? (photos)

You could do some liposuction at the same time but I would recommend waiting.  Very often after a breast aug this tissue appears much less and you may not even need it.  Discuss this with your plastic surgeon.  Good luck.

I would NOT recommend doing anything in your axillary pads since this is the main lymphatic drainage route from your breasts. And if have a double operation - implants + lifting - I would want the option of having all drainage routes for the swelling following this surgery. Why would you want to have longer lasting swelling? Also your amounts in the axillary areas seem very little?!
