I have a very strange butt, as in I have fat near my hips that stick out then my butt indents and goes inward making it look like an inverted triangle, and a piece of my butt was just cut off. (Really bad at describing, sorry) This has severely affected me and I had a consultation with a surgeon and he said they were "depression" in the buttocks. It was my first consultation and I forgot to ask him if that's something that could be fixed. Please help, this is driving me crazy :(
