Will a BBL help deep indent in buttocks? (photo)

Question

I have a very strange butt, as in I have fat near my hips that stick out then my butt indents and goes inward making it look like an inverted triangle, and a piece of my butt was just cut off. (Really bad at describing, sorry) This has severely affected me and I had a consultation with a surgeon and he said they were "depression" in the buttocks. It was my first consultation and I forgot to ask him if that's something that could be fixed. Please help, this is driving me crazy :(

Thank you for your question. Based on what you are describing you do not have much volume in your buttocks, and/or you have too much volume in your hips. It is difficult to make a solid conclusion without seeing your actual photographs. If it is just a volume issue, it can be fixed with a BBL. Please look for a board certified plastic surgeon. best of luck.

Yes there is a way to 'fix" your lateral indentations. I would offer lipo/bbl with filler bbl after surgery has healed for 3 months. The issue is the elasticity of the skin in the dents. Only in person examination would allow a determination.
