If you have additional fat stores, you could consider a revision. Hi. That is why there is a procedure called "Revision", because sometimes patients are not satisfy with their results, or improvement of the area could not be achieved in a first surgery. This is not common but it happens. Also a patients needs to be honest with theirselves by having realistic expectations of what  can achieve or not.
