Do girls with really flat buttocks have to have a second BBL to achieve more shape?

Question

Prior to my BBL, my backside was FLAT, Bri g narrow didn’t help either. No exaggeration. Paper flat! I was wondering with such flatness do you see great results the first time or do patients come back for a revision? Please be honest. I have decent results but I’m not “shapely”. There are areas that can use more fat for a better curve. For a lot of us, we pay $5,000 plus and a guess we expect not to do it a second time.

you may get a Brazilian Butt Lift multiple times to achieve your desired results. You will need enough fat remaining to have the procedure again however. It is best to wait at least 6 months before getting the procedure again.

If you have additional fat stores, you could consider a revision. You should be healed before another surgery is undertaken so I recommend waiting 3 to 6 months before the revision.  The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same as the first.  Whether or not another surgery would be beneficial would require an exam and evaluation of photos before the first surgery.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Hi. That is why there is a procedure called "Revision", because sometimes patients are not satisfy with their results, or improvement of the area could not be achieved in a first surgery. This is not common but it happens. Also a patients needs to be honest with theirselves by having realistic expectations of what  can achieve or not.
