Aqua lipo vs smart lipo?

Removing a small amount of fat can be accomplished effectively with standard tumescent lipo, smart lipo or water assisted lipo. The important aspect is identifying the excess fat and removing it thoroughly, not the choice of technology.

the information you provided, it sounds like either lipo treatment may be an
effective option for you. Both water-assisted liposuction and Smartlipo™ can be

focus more on your choice of surgeon rather than the type of procedure at this
point. Small areas will generally see success with a variety of liposuction
treatments; what’s more important is that you work with a surgeon you trust.
When it comes to nuanced reshaping of the abdominal area, you’ll want to make
sure your surgeon understands your needs and can meet your expectations.

Does not matter the type of lipo to correct minor areas of residual fat. I prefer SmartLipo Triplex. Might also consider sessions of KyBella injections (off label) but longer term results time like 3 months and just as expensive as lipo touch up. 

There are many variations of liposuction that are highly effective. What's more important is the doctor and his or her comfort level with the various techniques. A humble suggestion would be to choose your doctor properly rather than the technique they use. Good luck with it.
