Is it possible for someone with an autoimmune disease (Lupus) to get Smart Lipo and a Brazilian butt lift?

I'm interested in body contour but have a history or various conditions steaming from an SLE lupus condition. I have been doing very well for the past year, as close to remission that I've ever been in (10 years). When dealing with a person with lengthy but past previous health concerns, what is the major determining factor in exceptence, or rejecting a patient? Also, is there a specific medication type that the patient isn't allowed to be on when attempting a cosmetic surgery?

Lupus is a chronic disease with periods of flare-ups and remissions. Over time, it can damage many parts of your body (heart, lungs, kidneys, etc). If you have sustained damage to your body as a result of lupus, you would not be a good candidate for lipo/BBL or other major cosmetic procedures. However, if you have lupus, but are otherwise healthy with no organ damage, you might be able to have these procedures during a remission when you are not taking any medications.
