I'm interested in body contour but have a history or various conditions steaming from an SLE lupus condition. I have been doing very well for the past year, as close to remission that I've ever been in (10 years). When dealing with a person with lengthy but past previous health concerns, what is the major determining factor in exceptence, or rejecting a patient? Also, is there a specific medication type that the patient isn't allowed to be on when attempting a cosmetic surgery?

While it's unlikely that bacteria from the breast would directly invade the surgical field from an abdominal lipo, it is not impossible. You should do everything in your power to reduce the risk of infection including removing all body piercings.
It's better to wait the three or four months first before you assess your results. You will experience some bruising and swelling which will resolve with time.
