1 month post op upper eyelid surgery, I'm still swollen and still feels hard. Is this normal? (photos)

1 month after and I still see the droppy eye and my insection is still harder in one eye and still swollen both eyes. One day I am less swollen then others.

In retrospect, I probably would have removed the tattoo with a laser.  Darker colors are relatively straightforward to remove.  That said, at this point I would use scar gel (I like Biocorneum, although be careful not to get anything in your eye), and wait.  If more tattoo needs...
