Thank you for your pictures. I would see your surgeon about that area on the left upper eyelid. It is not unusual to have swelling one month after surgery
You really look unusually swollen for 4 weeks post op. I think you need to review with your surgeon your post op care and possibly review any topical medications that you might be having a reaction to. Discuss some possible massage to lessen the swelling.
It would be helpful to see your before pictures, but assuming there was nothing unusual about your eyelids before your surgery, I think by now your eyelids should not look this swollen. It is impossible to say why your swelling is persisting. A possible reaction to your sutures?
