Should the same implant be used for a breast implant revision?

Question

Had a revision to my left breast done in 2017 changing the placement from under the muscle to over the muscle. Should a Dr use the same original implant or swap out for a new one in the case of revisions?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In some cases, when there is no issues with implants they can be reused again. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
