I’m a pretty small person, 41 years old, 5’4” 115lbs. Beast fed 3 boys. I’d like to improve the fullness of my breast and perkiness (and not have to wear a bra if I don’t want to), but not big boobs. I’ve been told I do need a lift and I don’t. I’m worried I pick the wrong route and wish I hadn’t don’t any of it. I also want my abs, flanks and Bra line liposuctioned as I am self conscious of them. 360 Lipo/fat transfer?
Answer: Lift or no lift? Definitely a lift! Especially if you don’t want to have to wear a braw. Filling out the breasts with implants will just make them bigger and heavier. filling them out with fat will make them slightly bigger and slightly heavier….. fat transfer wont really give your any noticeable improvement because of how much we would need to fill your breast and how little would survive. This is why a breast lift reduction would be your best option! Your nipple position is not that low but you have plenty of tissue bellow the fold. This means your breast lift is easier them most. There is no point in anything other than a breast lift with a reduction if necessary. You will not be disappointed! Best if luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

Answer: Best Body Bets I believe you would most benefit from a Tummy Tuck, lipo of the love handles for your body issues. Your upper back is fine. As to the breasts, they are not low, but the best esthetics would be with a small implant and skin removal just in the circle around the areolar.

Answer: Lift or no lift Dear courtneyluper, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: You're not going to like what I have to say... 1. Breasts. You have enough ptosis and breast asymmetry to warrant a lift. Nothing shy of this will give you what you want; neither auto-augmentation (during a lift) or fat transfer will sufficiently fill the upper pole of your breast or give you a perky breast. A relatively low profile, and appropriately wide silicone gel implant will do the job of upper pole fullness without excess volumization of the entire breast. The larger breast will be reduced accordingly to match the smaller breast volume. 2. Body: Although you may have enough fat to benefit from liposuction, you need a tummy tuck. You have too much skin laxity, and liposuction will make that worse. Additionally, the frontal photo shows a mass just to the side of midline between ribcage and belly button. I assume its a port to a lap band? This can be removed if desired with a tummy tuck.
